“When you make art, you’re just making the thing you like and then showing your mom.” – Eva Anderson, on relating La Mélancolie Des Dragons to the everyday creative life.

I was happy to interview Eva Anderson (writer for You’re The Worst) over at Fanzine. Here, we discuss our thoughts on Art and Fear, completing the gesture, bundt cake contests, traveling alone, growing up with a family of magicians . . . and of course, how writing happens in between it all. Check it out! Special thanks to Janice Lee, my lovely editor.
